Founder, Speaking Spirit Ministries
Frederick Wyatt
Pastor Fred Wyatt III, teacher, businessman, and author, is the founder of Speaking Spirit Ministries located in Richmond, Virginia. After receiving salvation in 2000 he knew that he had a call to ministry on his life. Hearing the voice of God he shut down his million dollar company to follow God permanently. After many years of consecration and preparation, in 2009, he acknowledged God's call to the office of Senior Pastor and planted . Since launching the church plant in 2009, the church has grown rapidly to over 3,000 parishioners at two campuses. The third campus is scheduled to launch 2021.
Under his leadership the church has acquired three facilities with over one hundred thousand square feet of worship space in 9 years.

The church now owns a movie theater, event center, gymmasium, and community center that have all greatly impacted the Richmond Virginia area.
Pastor Wyatt is a prolific teacher. He is known for his training in the arenas of business, men's ministry, marriage ministry, church growth, and pastoral & leadership training. He operates in five-fold ministry and sits in the office of a teacher. He is the president and founder of a pastoral alliance and five fold ministry training organization called Perfecting Network with over 50 pastors in the network. He is currently enrolled in higher education to receive his doctorate in Christian leadership.

Fellowship: You would like to stay updated on events and basic information concerning pastoring. I am signing up for the gold or platinum membership to get connected.
Mentor/ Coaching: I am signed up but need personal You want to grow! You are wiling to allow someone to help you see your blind spots and areas of improvement. You know there is more in you and you are ready to get it out.
Covering/ Spiritual Fathering: Everyone has a different concept of covering and fathering. We have over 50 plus pastors and churches in our organization and all are affiliated at different levels. Every pastor needs a pastor and every church needs apostolic oversight. This is Biblical. We meet the need of every church and pastor where the are based on their needs. We do not run or own anyone’s church. We simply apply Bible principals of structure and government to help churches excel.
